Eytan: “A founder gets an offer. What’s the best practice in your experience? What would you do next?”

Justin: “You want to create a market for your company. Let’s say you’re talking to Big Company X and you think they want to buy your company. Hopefully you’ve been engaged in business development conversations with lots of other potential partners. So you go to them and you say: ‘someone is seriously considering buying us, but we’d rather work for you.”

David: “And you’d only do that after a term sheet?”

Justin: “Yeah, because that’s when you have leverage.”
